Triangulation via Ear Clipping

Currently PolyConnectivity only implements a naive triangulation by creating a triangle fan. These kind of triangulations can cause bad, overlapping triangle configurations. Therefore, a triangulation method is needed that can reliably produce triangulations without overlaps, eg. via ear clipping.
