Feature glut primitives
Please merge or close !13 (merged) before merging this MR.
GlutPrimitiveNode should now use only ACG calls for primitive rendering. However not all texturecoordinates of the used primitives are correct. I am having trouble uv unwrapping the primitives in a reasonable fashion, but the primtiive rendering never uses these TextureCoordinates at least not in GlutPrimitiveNode.
