Removed license notes in Autodesk-developed files according to the legal guidelines. Added (C) notes to files that are originally developed by Autodesk.. This formally transfers the (C) for these files to VCI-RWTH and allows VCI to choose the license under which to distribute them.

Replaced the ReForm::Outcome based exception object with Base/COMISO/IGM/ReForm::Error. This allow ReForm-independent compilation and usage of Base/COMISO/IGM. Also improved exception throwing in general, including safety, readibility, debugging, etc. No behavior changes.

Reverting changes to include Mandatory.hh in all sources. Removed all insecure header includes from Mandatory.hh. Secured TriToQuadMesh.cc up to external header level.

Add explicit template instantiation for template functionality as needed. Template header files no longer include template definitions (*T.cc) files, disabled with the global define. Added proper .cc files as required that include the corresponding *T.cc file and instantiate the templates.
